a simple clarity

Chocolate at 2 in the morning makes life just about as clear as stained glass. You know how when you see stained glass windows, the patterns are somehow so foggy that they become clear. Wouldn’t it be nice if life was always like that instead of the other way around? Like how things always seem so simple and straightforward in the short run, but when you take a step back and really think bout what you’re trying to do, it all becomes a mess?
